Pay After Placement
While potential is, in our opinion, fairly dispersed throughout Indian society, opportunity is not.
Flora Edze's Pay After Placement (PAP) Model is democratising the workforce.
With PAP, you can obtain the job of your choice for (₹0 upfront fee.)
A Pay After Placement Program is an innovative approach to education, training, or skill development where participants do not need to pay any upfront fees. Instead, they agree to pay the program provider a predetermined fee only after they secure a job or placement in the relevant field.
